What is MS. READ PERKS?
MS. READ PERKS is a loyalty program that will replace your MS. READ membership as of 5 October 2022. This will enable you to collect points and have an all-access pass to exclusive rewards every time you shop with us.
How do I register for MS. READ PERKS?
Step 1: Sign up here.
Step 2: Fill in your credentials
Step 3: Congratulations, you now have access to MS. READ PERKS! Enjoy a welcome gift of 250 points with no minimum spend from us. It’s that easy and registration is totally FREE.
Can I use the same MS. READ PERKS account when I shop online and in stores?
Yes, it will be linked to the email you used upon registration. So when you’re shopping in-store, just give our Retail Associates your email address when you pay for your items.
Does the previous 10% OFF membership privilege still apply?
It is no longer valid. However, we have now opened the rewards available in your MS. READ PERKS for storewide* redemption. This means that you can enjoy further discounts on top of already discounted items.

This all sounds very confusing to me.
Not at all! It’s pretty simple. You will be able to access your own MS. READ PERKS dashboard when you log in to msreadshop.com. The dashboard will reflect your current accumulated points, the rewards you are entitled for redemption, and the many ways you can collect points without spending. These will all be available from 5 October 2022 onwards.

Collecting and Redeeming Perks Points
How do I collect Perks points?
You get to collect points for any item you buy at our online or physical stores based on the total value in a single receipt (before tax and shipping cost):
- Regular Members earn 1 Perks point per every RM1 spent
- VIP Members earn 2 Perks points per every RM1 spent
Be sure you're logged in to your online account on msreadshop.com when you check out in order to collect your points.
Are there other ways I can collect Perks points without spending?
Yes. You’ll automatically get points just by signing up! You will also earn points by following us on our social media pages, referring a friend and reviewing our products, just to name a few. Plus, we’ll even give you Perks points for FREE during your birthday.
Are there limits to how many Perks points I can collect?
Of course not. We encourage you to collect as many points as possible.
Tell me about Perks points redemption.
You may redeem your points when you spend RM250 and above in a single receipt storewide on any MS. READ items, including markdown items and accessories.

Can I redeem all my Perks points at once?
You are allowed a minimum redemption of 500 points, which will give you RM20 OFF, and a maximum redemption of 10000 points, which will give you RM500 OFF, in a single receipt.
How do I redeem my Perks points?
As of now, you may only redeem your points at our online store. Simply select a reward to redeem from your MS. READ PERKS dashboard. The discount code will be reflected before your final payment.
Why isn’t my Perks reward code showing even though I’ve already clicked ‘apply’ during checkout?
Not to worry. This just means the item(s) you chose has an existing discount code for an ongoing promotion. In this case, all you need to do is manually copy the reward code and key it into the discount/promo code box during checkout.
What happens to my Perks points and rewards balance if I return an item?
Your points are no longer available after you have redeemed them for rewards. The points shall remain deducted even in the case of returns, refunds and cancelled transactions.

Regular Members will automatically be upgraded to VIP Members when they spend an accumulated sales value of RM5000 and above. As a MS. READ PERKS VIP Member, you’ll be entitled to more points and exclusive offers. Refer to the image below to all the benefits you get to enjoy as a MS. READ PERKS VIP.
BONUS: You will receive complimentary 750 points during the launch of MS. READ PERKS on 5 October 2022.

1. MS. READ PERKS points is currently available at all
Malaysian stores and msreadshop.com
2. Perks points redemption is available at all
Malaysian stores and msreadshop.com, excluding MS. READ SOGO Kuala Lumpur and MS. READ Isetan KLCC.
3. Collection of points is based on the total value
of your purchases in a single receipt (before tax & shipping cost).
4. Points collected will expire after 1 year
upon date of collection.
5. Rewards redemption point value applies to both Regular Members and VIP Members.
6. Redemption is applicable storewide with a minimum spend of RM250 in a single receipt.
7. Perks points redemption is NOT applicable to consignment items.
8. Perks points used for reward redemption are not refundable in any returns, exchanges and cancelled transactions.
9. Perks points are not exchangeable for cash.
10. Perks points are non-transferable between accounts.
