Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Returns must be made within (30) days of the purchase date with its original invoice attached for proof of purchase.

2. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered with their original clothing tags and labels still attached.

3. STRICTLY no exchange can be made at any MS. READ physical store.

4. The following items are NOT eligible for any return:

• SALE and clearance items

• Innerwear and accessories

• Consignment items

The sale of these product categories is final.

5. We do not provide any cash refunds for all purchases. The refund will be reimbursed via store credit once we have received the returned items.

6. Any online shipping fee or delivery cost incurred during the return process will not be reimbursed.

7. MS. READ reserves the right to refuse any returns/exchanges that do not meet the above requirements.
