1) How do I return/exchange my items?

  • Pack your item(s) and send by mail or courier to:

Remember to include the sales invoice as proof of purchase. Please retain your delivery tracking or barcode number to ensure that your parcel safely arrives at our warehouse.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred during delivery by the mail/courier company of your choice. Please note that in-person return to our warehouse will not be accepted.

  • Our customer service team will WhatsApp you a tracking number once your returned items have met the terms and conditions according to our return policy.

You will receive your requested items after 3-5 working days upon receiving the confirmation via WhatsApp. 

 All shipping fee or delivery costs incurred during the return and exchange process done online will be borne by you, the customer. For further enquiry, please contact our Customer Service team at

2) Can I return/exchange SALE items?

No. Sale of these product categories is final and are NOT eligible for any return or exchange:

• SALE and Clearance items
• Innerwear and accessories
• Consignment items

3) What happens if I receive a defected item?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. You may return and exchange the defected item at the store where you made your initial purchase within (14) days of purchase date.

Any delivery charges incurred during the process for the returns/exchanges of defected items via online will be reimbursed as MS. READ Perks points equivalent.

4) Can I make a return/exchange of items bought on at a MS. READ store in Singapore?

No. Items purchased on can only be returned via online. Click here for more information on how to make a return for your items.
